Every production process at SOCEA follows standardized procedures governing preparation, realization, control, packaging, and shipping of orders.
After an order is acquired, it is thoroughly analyzed to provide the customer with accurate information on timelines, considering the existing workload on the production lines.
Once the order is initiated, it is assigned to production along with all necessary documentation to ensure clear processing information. The production cycle is constantly monitored for timing and quantity, thanks to the IT systems installed on the line, allowing real-time updates on ongoing production.
All production stages are subjected to quality controls, both dimensional and visual. Crimping and welding are validated using dynamometers (for leak tests) and micrometric gauges (to check height and execution accuracy). All information is recorded and stored appropriately.
All products are manufactured in compliance with the quality control standards required for their respective sectors, such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. Computerized electrical testing ensures that wiring is free from reversals and short circuits. The Final Review allows for further checks on tested batches, validating their correct execution through systematic product audits, and preparing shipments according to the specifications agreed upon with the customer.
